  • We have zero tolerance for hostility, violence, discrimination or bullying and harassment in our studio

  • Studio staff will open the doors no earlier than 15 minutes before class

  • We have a strict no late entry policy.  Please arrive to the studio no later than 5 minutes before class.  The doors will lock at the start of class and no one will be allowed to enter after doors are locked

  • Please be on your mat at the start time of class

  • No electronics, including cell phones in the studio.  Please make sure your smart watch is on Do Not Disturb and the display is turned off to avoid distracting other students

  • Please leave all of your belongings in sanitized lockers provided, this includes cell phones

  • Water bottles, personal towels, and personal props relating to class are permitted in studios

  • After class, wipe down any props or borrowed mats with the sanitizing towels provided and place any cold towels in laundry bins.

  • We only accept debit cards and credit cards, we do not accept cash payments

  • Wear comfortable clothes, bring a mat if you have one, bring a water bottle. We have a bottle fill station inside of the studio for your use.

  • Keep an open mind and open heart. We're here to enjoy each the practice and community. Smileasana is the best posture you can do here :).

Cancelation Policy

  • Canceling a reservation less than 2 hours prior to a class will result in a $10 late cancellation fee. Failure to cancel a reservation or checking in properly for class will result in a $20 no show cancellation fee.  We cannot take cancellations over e-mail, phone, chat, or voicemail. You must cancel via the mobile app or website

  • Class Package Holders:  If you do not show up to class and do not cancel, your class will be deducted from your package

  • Members:  If you do not show up to class and do not cancel your class, a $20 late fee will be charged to the card you have on file

  • We cannot take cancellations over e-mail, phone, chat, or voicemail. You must cancel via the mobile app or website.

Return & Refund Policy

  • We do NOT offer refunds on any Single Classes, Class Packages, Workshops, Monthly Memberships, Private Lesson Packages, Teacher Trainings, Retreats or apparel and merchandise

  • We do NOT offer expiration extensions on Single Classes, Class Packages, or Unlimited Memberships

  • All Class Packages, Unlimited Memberships, and Workshops are non-transferable


  • Contracts are billed on a monthly recurring basis

  • Contracts have a 3-month minimum commitment

  • To cancel your membership or put your membership on a freeze, a 7-day notice is required.  Please email the studio to cancel or put membership on freeze.

  • Members may freeze their memberships free of charge for a period no less than 7 days and no longer than 30 days with 7 day notice. Freezes may occur up to 3 times per calendar year. FREEZES REQUIRE AN EXACT UNFREEZE DATE TO PROCESS. The billing cycle will automatically pick up on the unfreeze date.

  • Memberships begin on date of purchase, but can be adjusted to the date in which you take your first class

Lost & Found

  • Element Yoga, it's teachers, and it's employees are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen items in the studio or yoga room

  • Please check the lost and found cubbies before or after class times for any items you may have left behind. Please refrain from calling or e-mailing about lost items as they will be put in the Lost & Found and available for pickup before and after class times. 

Liability Waiver

Photo and Video Release


Client hereby grants to the Releasees the absolute and irrevocable right and permission, with respect to the videos and photos that have been and/or will be taken of Client, or in which Client may be included with others, to copyright the same, to use, re-use, publish and re-publish the same in whole or in part, individually or in conjunction with other videos and photos, and in conjunction with any and all media now or hereafter known, and for illustration, promotion, art, advertising and trade, or any other related purpose, and to use Client's name in connection therewith if the Releasees so chooses.


Client hereby releases and discharges the Releasees from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of these videos and photos, including without limitation any and all claims for libel or invasion of privacy.


This authorization and release shall inure to the benefit of the shareholders, officers, directors, heirs, legal representatives, licensees, successors, and assigns of the Releasees.


Property Loss

Element Yoga is in no way responsible for the safekeeping of any personal belongings. I agree that neither I, my heirs, assignees, or legal representative will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Element Yoga, including, but not limited to, its management and staff for property damage or loss.


Risks and Discomforts

There are inherent risks associated with yoga, barre work, cardio, strength training, and other forms of vigorous physical activity. Participation in fitness programs may result in acute muscle and/or joint pain, pulled muscles, brief changes in blood pressure, feelings of lightheadedness, dizziness, delayed onset muscle soreness, and conditions including, but not limited to, tendinitis and other discomforts. Participants can and should stop at any point during exercise if they are experiencing discomfort. It is Element Yoga’s policy to call 911 immediately if a participant is observed to be in distress.


Waiver and Assumption of Liability

You acknowledge and agree that: (i) there are risks associated with any physical activity, the use of exercise equipment, and participation in an exercise program; (ii) participation in Studio and use of exercise equipment is undertaken by you voluntarily; and (iii) such use and participation may include the risk of serious bodily injury or death. You assume all risk associated with the services provided by, or related to, the Releasees.


You understand and acknowledge that neither the Releasees nor their personnel have expertise in diagnosing, examining, or treating any health condition. If you experience any illness, injury, discomfort, impairment or other health concern prior to or during a session, you agree to (i) immediately inform Studio personnel of any health concern you may have. 


The Releasees will not be liable for any personal or property injuries, damages, loss or theft, even in the event of negligence, fault or failure to use due care on the part of the Studio, and irrespective of whether such negligence, fault, or failure to use due care is present at the signing of this agreement or takes place thereafter.
