We’re thrilled to invite you to our 5-night yoga retreat in beautiful Guanacaste, Costa Rica, from February 10-15, 2027. Join us for an unforgettable experience at Azul Hotel and Retreat — a luxurious beachfront boutique hotel nestled in nature, just a 1hr 35 min drive from Liberia Airport. Our private shuttle will pick us up from Liberia, and we’ll travel in comfort to Playa Azul (just 20 minutes from the vibrant surf town of Nosara if you're searching on the map).

Every day will be a chance to relax, rejuvenate, and immerse yourself in the beauty of Costa Rica. We’ll begin each morning with yoga practice followed by a nourishing breakfast. Your days will be filled with free time to explore, unwind, and participate in optional group activities, and each evening will end with restorative yoga or a peaceful moment by our resort's private beach.

Sample Day Itinerary

7:00 am - Coffee and Reflection (optional)
8:00 am - 90-minute yoga practice in the oceanfront yoga shala
9:30 am - Private Group breakfast 
10:30 am - Free time (lounge by the pool, spa appointment, walk the beach)
1 pm - Group hike to a waterfall with snacks at the falls (optional)
3:30 pm - Return to the hotel and free time
5:45 pm - Mocktails and cocktails happy hour at the hotel restaurant
6:30 pm - Group dinner in the dining room
8:30 pm - Restorative yoga in the oceanfront yoga shala
9:30 pm - Free time

Each day can be tailored to your desires. We’ll offer optional group activities on select days — like ATV tours, horseback riding on the beach, zip-lining, hiking, surfing, and more. Feel free to book your own spa appointments, join others for an adventure, or explore town. Courtenay and Parisa will be your personal concierges to help create the perfect experience for you. The hotel staff will also be available to assist.
